God solves our probltms

Chesterg believes “God the Son” Jesus Christ  is the only answer to solving the problems of our World.  In the beginning Adam & Eve lived in a perfect place known as “The Garden of Eden”.  God gave them Choice as He gives all of Us..  Adam & Eve chose to learn the difference between Good & Evil or Sin. Sin came into the World and Man tried and failed to conquer it.  It was only when God gave His only Son to represent the Blood sacrifice  that took the sins of the World  so that any who Believed and “Trusted and Obeyed God” would be Children of God and have Eternal Life.

When a person tries to live according to the World’s views & rules it ends in failure.  God said in John 15 “you can do Nothing unless you Abide in me.”.  The World continually tells us “ Be in Control” and we love control and so we have disaster.

I believe what Acts 17: 11 says” read your Bible and check every thing I have said to be true in the Bible”. “God the Son” Jesus said when He was resurrected to be with His Father “God the Father” You can do what I have done and more by keeping close to God and communicating daily with Him.  A good formula for doing that is having a daily set time to annually reading the Bible cover to cover, praying continually, and listening and recording His Communication.  Another good suggestion is to read a Proverb a day.  There are 31 of them.  Another promise Jesus made upon His leaving was “ I will send the Comforter “God the Holy Spirit” to walk along side  of you.

Proverbs 3: 5–6 says  Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight”.

Psalm 40:2-5 (New International Version)

 2 He lifted me out of the slimy pit,
out of the mud and mire;
he set my feet on a rock
and gave me a firm place to stand.

 3 He put a new song in my mouth,
a hymn of praise to our God.
Many will see and fear
and put their trust in the LORD.

 4 Blessed is the man
who makes the LORD his trust,
who does not look to the proud,
to those who turn aside to false gods. [a]

 5 Many, O LORD my God,
are the wonders you have done.
The things you planned for us
no one can recount to you;

Psalm 37:27 (New International Version)

 27 Turn from evil and do good;
then you will dwell in the land forever.

Psalm 37:13 (New International Version)

 13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked,
for he knows their day is coming.

Psalm 37:9-11 (New International Version)

 9 For evil men will be cut off,
but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land.

 10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more;
though you look for them, they will not be found.

 11 But the meek will inherit the land
and enjoy great peace.

Psalm 37:3-6 (New International Version)

 3 Trust in the LORD and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.

 4 Delight yourself in the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your heart.

 5 Commit your way to the LORD;
trust in him and he will do this:

 6 He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,
the justice of your cause like the noonday sun
.

"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”- Matthew 7:13-14

Psalm 33:6 (New International Version)

 6 By the word of the LORD were the heavens made,
their starry host by the breath of his mouth.

Psalm 33:8-9 (New International Version)

 8 Let all the earth fear the LORD;
let all the people of the world revere him.

 9 For he spoke, and it came to be;
he commanded, and it stood firm.

Psalm 33:12 (New International Version)

 12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD,
the people he chose for his inheritance.

Psalm 34:10 (New International Version)

 10 The lions may grow weak and hungry,
but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing.

Psalm 34:17 (New International Version)

 17 The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them;
he delivers them from

Psalm 34:19 (New International Version)

 19 A righteous man may have many troubles,
but the LORD delivers him from them all;

Psalm 30:5-6 (New International Version)

 5 For his anger lasts only a moment,
but his favor lasts a lifetime;
weeping may remain for a night,
but rejoicing comes in the morning.

·  6 When I felt secure, I said,
"I will never be shaken."

· “The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights. For the director of music. On my stringed instruments.”- Habakkuk 3:19

Psalm 27:1-14

 1 The LORD is my light and my salvation—
whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the stronghold of my life—
of whom shall I be afraid?

 2 When evil men advance against me
to devour my flesh, [a]
when my enemies and my foes attack me,
they will stumble and fall.

 3 Though an army besiege me,
my heart will not fear;
though war break out against me,
even then will I be confident.

 4 One thing I ask of the LORD,
this is what I seek:
that I may dwell in the house of the LORD
all the days of my life,
to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD
and to seek him in his temple.

 5 For in the day of trouble
he will keep me safe in his dwelling;
he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle
and set me high upon a rock.

 6 Then my head will be exalted
above the enemies who surround me;
at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with shouts of joy;
I will sing and make music to the LORD.

 7 Hear my voice when I call, O LORD;
be merciful to me and answer me.

 8 My heart says of you, "Seek his [b]face!"
Your face, LORD, I will seek.

 9 Do not hide your face from me,
do not turn your servant away in anger;
you have been my helper.
Do not reject me or forsake me,
O God my Savior.

 10 Though my father and mother forsake me,
the LORD will receive me.

 11 Teach me your way, O LORD;
lead me in a straight path
because of my oppressors.

 12 Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes,
for false witnesses rise up against me,
breathing out violence.

 13 I am still confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the LORD
in the land of the living.

 14 Wait for the LORD;
be strong and take heart
and wait for the LORD.

what can the righteous do
[a] ?"

 4 The LORD is in his holy temple;
the LORD is on his heavenly throne.
He observes the sons of men;
his eyes examine them.

 5 The LORD examines the righteous,
but the wicked
[b]and those who love violence
his soul hates.

 6 On the wicked he will rain
fiery coals and burning sulfur;
a scorching wind will be their lot.

he loves justice;
upright men will see his face

“A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.”- Proverbs 15:1

Proverbs 3:33 (New International Version)

Proverbs 3:1-26  Further Benefits of Wisdom

 1 My son, do not forget my teaching,
but keep my commands in your heart,

 2 for they will prolong your life many years
and bring you prosperity.

 3 Let love and faithfulness never leave you;
bind them around your neck,
write them on the tablet of your heart.

 4 Then you will win favor and a good name
in the sight of God and man.

 5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;

 6 in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight. [a]

 7 Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear the LORD and shun evil.

 8 This will bring health to your body
and nourishment to your bones.

 9 Honor the LORD with your wealth,
with the firstfruits of all your crops;

 10 then your barns will be filled to overflowing,
and your vats will brim over with new wine.

 11 My son, do not despise the LORD's discipline
and do not resent his rebuke,

 12 because the LORD disciplines those he loves,
as a father [b] the son he delights in.

 13 Blessed is the man who finds wisdom,
the man who gains understanding,

 14 for she is more profitable than silver
and yields better returns than gold.

 15 She is more precious than rubies;
nothing you desire can compare with her.

 16 Long life is in her right hand;
in her left hand are riches and honor.

 17 Her ways are pleasant ways,
and all her paths are peace.

 18 She is a tree of life to those who embrace her;
those who lay hold of her will be blessed.

 19 By wisdom the LORD laid the earth's foundations,
by understanding he set the heavens in place;

 20 by his knowledge the deeps were divided,
and the clouds let drop the dew.

 21 My son, preserve sound judgment and discernment,
do not let them out of your sight;

 22 they will be life for you,
an ornament to grace your neck.

 23 Then you will go on your way in safety,
and your foot will not stumble;

 24 when you lie down, you will not be afraid;
when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.

 25 Have no fear of sudden disaster
or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked,

 26 for the LORD will be your confidence
and will keep your foot from being snared.

CBS DIDN'T STOP HIM-

Good  for him!!!

Surprised CBS let him get away with this, even though he's
right!

Andy
Rooney
 said on '60 Minutes' a few weeks back:

'I don't think being a minority
makes you a victim of anything except numbers. The
only things I can think of that are truly
discriminatory are things like the United Negro
College Fund
, Jet Magazine, Black Entertainment
Television, and Miss Black America. Try to have
things like the United Caucasian College Fund, Cloud
Magazine, White Entertainment Television, or Miss
White America ; and see what happens...Jesse Jackson
will be knocking down your door.

Guns do not make you a killer. I
think killing makes you a killer. You can kill
someone with a baseball bat or a car, but no one is
trying to ban you from driving to the ball game.

I believe they are called the
Boy Scouts for a reason, which is why there are no
girls allowed. Girls belong in the Girl Scouts! ARE
YOU LISTENING MARTHA BURKE ?

I  think that if you feel homosexuality is wrong, it is
not a phobia, it is an
opinion.

I have the right 'NOT' to be
tolerant of others because they are different,
weird, or tick me off.

When 70%
of the people who get arrested are black, in cities
where 70% of the population is black, that is not
racial profiling; it is the Law of Probability.

I believe that if you are
selling me a milkshake, a pack of cigarettes, a
newspaper or a hotel room, you must do it in
English!  As a matter of fact, if you want to
be an American citizen, you should have to speak
English!

My father and
grandfather didn't die in vain so you can leave the
countries you were born in to come over and
disrespect ours.

I think the
police should have every right to shoot you if you
threaten them after they tell you to stop. If you
can't understand the word 'freeze' or 'stop' in
English, see the above lines..

I  don't think just because you were not born in this
country, you are qualified for any special loan
programs, government sponsored bank loans or tax
breaks, etc., so you can open a hotel, coffee shop,
trinket store, or any other business.

We did not go to the aid of
certain foreign countries and risk our lives in wars
to defend their freedoms, so that decades later they
could come over here and tell us our constitution is
a living document and open to their
interpretations.

I don't hate
the rich; I don't pity the poor.

I know pro wrestling is fake, but so are movies and
television. That doesn't stop you from watching
them.

I think Bill Gates has
every right to keep every penny he made and continue
to make more.  If it ticks you off, go and
invent the next operating system that's better, and
put your name on the building.

It doesn't take a whole village
to raise a child right, but it does take a parent to
stand up to the kid
and say 'NO!' when necessary.

I  think tattoos and piercings are fine if you want
them, but please don't pretend they are a political
statement. And, please, stay home until that new lip
ring heals. I don't want to look at your ugly
infected mouth as you serve me French fries!

I am sick of 'Political
Correctness.' I know a lot of black people, and not
a single one of them was born in Africa ,
so how can they be 'African-Americans'?
Besides, Africa
is a continent. I don't go around saying I am a
European-American because my great, great, great,
great, great, great grandfather was
from
Europe .
I am proud to be from America
and nowhere else.

And if you
don't like my point of view, tough...

I
PLEDGE
ALLEGIANCE
TO THE
FLAG,
OF THE
UNITED
STATES

OF
AMERICA
, AND TO THE
REPUBLIC,
FOR WHICH IT STANDS,
ONE
NATION

UNDER
GOD
,
INDIVISIBLE, WITH
LIBERTY
AND JUSTICE

FOR ALL!

I was asked to send this on if I
agree or delete if I don't. It is said that 86% of
Americans believe in God.. Therefore I have a very
hard time understanding why there is such a problem
in having 'In God We Trust' on our money and having
'God' in the Pledge of Allegiance. Why don't we just
tell the 14% to BE QUIET!!!

If  you agree, pass this on, if not
delete.

Memorial Day

A Happy Memorial Day

 A month ago the rope broke that

held my Flag.   All this time I have

been searching for a ladder tall

enough to install a new rope with

the Flag.  In my Quite time the

thought came to me, “Call Ozark

Electric they service a higher pole

Near my Flag Pole”  The Repair

Man at Ozark said, “if when we

have a man in your area we will

put the rope through the pulley

for your Flag.Yesterday Wen &

Roger came and put the Flag up.

It was going to be flying on

Memorial Day.  My Wife said

they were very kind and helpful

they Knew how to tie and install

the Flag. When I came home to

see the Flag waving again it

brought tears.  God and our great

country mean a lot to a Purple Heart

Veteran of War 11.

Do you have a Quite time and

Able to search God’s great

Information Bank?  A Quite

Time is available to each of

Us if we set aside some time

each day to pray, read our Bible

and communicate with God.

God is the only answer to our

Problems and He gives us the

Peace we search for.
