Chesterg believes “God the
Son” Jesus Christ is the only answer to
solving the problems of our World. In
the beginning Adam & Eve lived in a perfect place known as “The Garden of
Eden”. God gave them Choice as He gives
all of Us.. Adam & Eve chose to learn
the difference between Good & Evil or Sin.
Sin came into the World and Man tried and failed to conquer it. It was only when God gave His only Son to
represent the Blood sacrifice that took
the sins of the World so that any who
Believed and “Trusted and Obeyed God” would be Children of God and have Eternal
Life.
When a person tries to live
according to the World’s views & rules it ends in failure. God said in John 15 “you can do Nothing
unless you Abide in me.”. The World
continually tells us “ Be in Control”
and we love control and so we have disaster.
I believe what Acts
Proverbs 3: 5–6 says “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own
understanding; 6 in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight”.
Journal 6/9
2 He lifted me out of the slimy pit,
out of the mud and mire;
he set my feet on a rock
and gave me a firm place to stand.
3 He put a new song in my mouth,
a hymn of praise to our God.
Many will see and fear
and put their trust in the LORD.
4 Blessed is the man
who makes the LORD his trust,
who does not look to the proud,
to those who turn aside to false gods. [a]
5 Many, O LORD my God,
are the wonders you have done.
The things you planned for us
no one can recount to you;
27 Turn from evil and do good;
then you will dwell in the land forever.
13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked,
for he knows their day is coming.
9 For evil men will be cut off,
but those who hope in the LORD will
inherit the land.
10 A little while, and the wicked will be
no more;
though you look for them, they will not be
found.
11 But the meek will inherit the land
and enjoy great peace.
3 Trust in the LORD and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4 Delight yourself in the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your
heart.
5 Commit your way to the LORD;
trust in him and he will do this:
6 He will make your righteousness shine
like the dawn,
the justice of your cause like the noonday
sun.
"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide
is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter
through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and
only a few find it.”- Matthew 7:13-14

6 By the word of the LORD were the
heavens made,
their starry host by the breath of his
mouth.
8 Let all the earth fear the LORD;
let all the people of the world revere
him.
9 For he spoke, and it came to be;
he commanded, and it stood firm.
12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the
LORD,
the people he chose for his inheritance.
10 The lions may grow weak and hungry,
but those who seek the LORD lack no good
thing.
17 The righteous cry out, and the LORD
hears them;
he delivers them from
19 A righteous man may have many
troubles,
but the LORD delivers him from them all;
5 For his anger lasts only a moment,
but his favor lasts a lifetime;
weeping may remain for a night,
but rejoicing comes in the morning.

6 When I felt secure, I said,
"I will never be shaken."

“The Sovereign LORD is
my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on
the heights. For the director of music. On my stringed instruments.”- Habakkuk 3:19
1 The LORD is my light and my salvation—
whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the stronghold of my life—
of whom shall I be afraid?
2 When evil men advance against me
to devour my flesh, [a]
when my enemies and my foes attack me,
they will stumble and fall.
3 Though an army besiege me,
my heart will not fear;
though war break out against me,
even then will I be confident.
4 One thing I ask of the LORD,
this is what I seek:
that I may dwell in the house of the LORD
all the days of my life,
to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD
and to seek him in his temple.
5 For in the day of trouble
he will keep me safe in his dwelling;
he will hide me in the shelter of his
tabernacle
and set me high upon a rock.
6 Then my head will be exalted
above the enemies who surround me;
at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with
shouts of joy;
I will sing and make music to the LORD.
7 Hear my voice when I call, O LORD;
be merciful to me and answer me.
8 My heart says of you, "Seek his [b]face!"
Your face, LORD, I will seek.
9 Do not hide your face from me,
do not turn your servant away in anger;
you have been my helper.
Do not reject me or forsake me,
O God my Savior.
10 Though my father and mother forsake
me,
the LORD will receive me.
11 Teach me your way, O LORD;
lead me in a straight path
because of my oppressors.
12 Do not turn me over to the desire of
my foes,
for false witnesses rise up against me,
breathing out violence.
13 I am still confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the LORD
in the land of the living.
14 Wait for the LORD;
be strong and take heart
and wait for the LORD.

“Therefore encourage one another and build
each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”- 1 Thessalonians 5:11
3 When the
foundations are being destroyed,
what can the righteous do [a] ?"
4 The LORD is in
his holy temple;
the LORD is on his heavenly throne.
He observes the sons of men;
his eyes examine them.
5 The LORD examines
the righteous,
but the wicked [b]and those who love violence
his soul hates.
6 On the wicked he
will rain
fiery coals and burning sulfur;
a scorching wind will be their lot.
7 For the LORD is
righteous,
he loves justice;
upright men will see his face

“Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power
and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and
earth is yours. Yours, O LORD, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over
all.”- 1 Chronicles 29:11
1 Help, LORD, for the godly are no more;
the faithful have vanished from among men.
2 Everyone lies to
his neighbor;
their flattering lips speak with deception.
1 The fool [a] says in his heart,
"There is no God."
They are corrupt, their deeds are vile;
there is no one who does good.
7 The LORD reigns
forever;
he has established his throne for
judgment.
8 He will judge the
world in righteousness;
he will govern the peoples with justice.
9 The LORD is a
refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble.
10 Those who know
your name will trust in you,
for you, LORD, have never forsaken those
who seek you.
17 The wicked return
to the grave, [a]
all the nations that forget God.
15 The nations have fallen into the pit they have dug;
their feet are caught in the net they have
hidden

“A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh
word stirs up anger.”- Proverbs 15:1
33 The LORD's curse is on the house of
the wicked,
but he blesses the home of the righteous
1 My son, do not forget my teaching,
but keep my commands in your heart,
2 for they will prolong your life many
years
and bring you prosperity.
3 Let love and faithfulness never leave
you;
bind them around your neck,
write them on the tablet of your heart.
4 Then you will win favor and a good
name
in the sight of God and man.
5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight. [a]
7 Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear the LORD and shun evil.
8 This will bring health to your body
and nourishment to your bones.
9 Honor the LORD with your wealth,
with the firstfruits of all your crops;
10 then your barns will be filled to
overflowing,
and your vats will brim over with new
wine.
11 My son, do not despise the LORD's
discipline
and do not resent his rebuke,
12 because the LORD disciplines those he
loves,
as a father [b] the
son he delights in.
13 Blessed is the man who finds wisdom,
the man who gains understanding,
14 for she is more profitable than silver
and yields better returns than gold.
15 She is more precious than rubies;
nothing you desire can compare with her.
16 Long life is in her right hand;
in her left hand are riches and honor.
17 Her ways are pleasant ways,
and all her paths are peace.
18 She is a tree of life to those who
embrace her;
those who lay hold of her will be blessed.
19 By wisdom the LORD laid the earth's
foundations,
by understanding he set the heavens in
place;
20 by his knowledge the deeps were
divided,
and the clouds let drop the dew.
21 My son, preserve sound judgment and
discernment,
do not let them out of your sight;
22 they will be life for you,
an ornament to grace your neck.
23 Then you will go on your way in
safety,
and your foot will not stumble;
24 when you lie down, you will not be
afraid;
when you lie down, your sleep will be
sweet.
25 Have no fear of sudden disaster
or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked,
26 for the LORD will be your confidence
and will keep your foot from being snared.

A Happy Memorial Day
A month ago the rope broke that
held my Flag. All
this time I have
been searching for a ladder
tall
enough to install a new rope
with
the Flag. In my Quite time the
thought came to me, “Call Ozark
Electric they service a higher
pole
Near my Flag Pole” The Repair
Man at Ozark said, “if when we
have a man in your area we
will
put the rope through the
pulley
for your Flag.Yesterday Wen
&
Roger came and put the Flag
up.
It was going to be flying on
Memorial Day. My Wife said
they were very kind and
helpful
they Knew how to tie and
install
the Flag. When I came home to
see the Flag waving again it
brought tears. God and our great
country mean a lot to a
Purple Heart
Veteran of War 11.
Do you have a Quite time and
Able to search God’s great
